August is nearing its end and so is Monsoon 2017 apparently. I guess it’s possible it could roar back to life before September end, but so far it’s on life support. Sunny days and mostly clear nights through Saturday with just a 10% chance for storms Sunday through Tuesday. Highs 103, 102 and upper 90s as we go. Lows in the mid 70s.
Sunny and hot continues with 104 our high the last two days and if the forecast comes true, for the next two days as well. A NE flow could bring a few showers or storms from the Mogollon Rim tonight otherwise low storm chances and warm temperatures for the rest of the work week. Storm chances go up to 20% for the three day Labor Day Weekend.
Kinda hot with a slight chance of a storm or two Tuesday. Otherwise kinda hot. 10% chance of storms Friday. 20% Saturday and Sunday.
An isolated storm over Oro Valley yesterday was nice, but for the most part few and far between. Kinda like that again today with a chance that a few storms in the White Mountains may find there way our way by this evening. Low storm chances into next week with highs around 100ish.

High pressure over northern Arizona and the Great Basin. Normally during Monsoon that would mean storms forming in the White Mountains would move off the Mogollon Rim and come get us. Unfortunately the moisture just isn’t there today for that. Looking slightly better for tomorrow so we’ll see. Otherwise low grade Monsoon continues with temperatures a few degrees above average for this time of year.
