Welcome to the weekend and welcome Summer! I for one welcome our new Summer Overlords… Today is the first day of Summer, astronomically speaking. At 2:44 this afternoon MST the Sun will be directly over the Tropic of Cancer. You might get a little dizzy. Dogs may be barking. If you are doing the dishes you might drop and break one… Of course I am just kidding 🙂 I make that joke 4 times a year… Anyway. It’s another, “I’ve got bad news and I’ve got good news” kind of forecast. The bad news is the wind hampering Bighorn Fire firefighting efforts. SW Winds today 15-20 mph gusting around 30 with stronger winds higher up. The good news is the highs won’t be quite as high and the lows are refreshingly cool! 102 para tu today.
