Forecast for Sunday, June 24, 2018

A plume of dust from Sonora, Mexico moved into SE Arizona last night for a dusty start to your Sunday. When I saw it to the west at sunset last night I thought it was (cue Stanford Townsend Band) smoke from a distant fire! The dust will slowly settle and it’ll be another sunny day. A system missing us well to the north will kick up some afternoon breezes and cool us off slightly from yesterday’s high of 102. High pressure building back in will have us back on the hot side by the middle of the week. Everybody into the pool! Moisture increasing by Friday into the weekend for a chance of a few storms mainly south and east of Tucson. Be cool.

Sunny today near 100. Low 70s tonight. 102ish tomorrow. 106 Tuesday. 107 Wednesday. 105 Thursday. 103 Friday. 102 Saturday.
